On my way home I've noticed many fields that are full of these lovely purple flowers. I don't know if they are weeds or the blossoms of some crop that is coming to life after a long winter.
Whatever it is, it looks like the entire county is decked out in K State purple (well, lilac, actually) and supporting the Wildcats.
It's kind of pretty.
Wonder what KU has?
