This is one of those entries where you have to participate in order to get the full effect of the photo. On this one, you need to spin around and around and around then sway back and forth and back and forth. Then sort of leap to one side then the other. That's what this birdhouse was doing because a damn squirrel was on the top of it, eating the bird seed.
It didn't matter that the wind was blowing and the house was swinging and with the weight of the squirrel on top of it, the feeder was nearly perpendicular to the ground.
Mom and I clapped and whistled and carried on and that damn squirrel didn't budge.
However, when I got my camera and went to the backdoor, that damn squirrel jumped off the feeder and ran off.
Damn. Squirrel.
