August 12, 2011 New Place to Nosh

Maybe it's not so new, but it's certainly new to me....."Ingredients" next to Ray's Apple Mart is an amazing place to eat.

Luke, David Austin (my summer law clerk) and I went there for lunch. David calls it "gourmet fast food". It was that and so much more.

This is Luke's cheeseburger....complete with fried egg, bacon and pepper jack cheese.

This is my chicken salad - - cranberries, pecans, grapes, celery, whole grain bread.

Would have been healthy had I selected low fat cottage cheese or an apple to be my side dish.

But who wants healthy on Friday?

Not me.
