The weatherman said the snow was coming. The satellite maps showed the snow was coming. Everyone around was talking about the snow that was coming.Lo and behold, there was snow in the early morning light on our back deck. It was dry snow and fell with no wind, so it was really pretty and easy to shovel/sweep.
It is freaking cold. Colder than crap. Brrrrrr.
One thing about it though, at least we are prepared for it here - road crews sanding and salting the roadways, snow plows clearing the roads, drivers knowing what they are doing.
I read in the paper this morning that 48 states have snow today. Makes me wish I was in Hawaii!
